  • Check-out until 11:00 for pitches and 10:00 for apartments.

  • Visitor's Tax applies for anybody over 14 years of age.
  • Deposit of 30% of the total value of the stay is required.

Cancellation policy

  • 31 days before check-in - no charge.
  • 30-4 days before check-in - 30% charge.
  • 3 and less days before check-in - full charge.

Pets policy

Dogs and other domestic animals are permitted except in the tree houses.

  • De Luxe pitch - Up to 300 m² green lawn (1-6 people). Electricity, gas and TV connection, WiFi. Water and waste water connection. 'Sonnenuhr' luxury bathroom and heated bathtub.
  • Premium Pitch - Up to 300 m² gravel or grass surface (1-6 people). Electricity, gas and TV connection. Water and waste water connection.
  • Comfort pitch- Up to 140 m² (1-6 people). Electricity and TV connection. Water and waste water connection in summer.

Three Peaks nature park

The Three Peaks are the landmark of the Dolomites and the nature highlight of the Holiday Region Three Peaks in the Dolomites. The Three Peaks are situated in the Three Peaks nature park and in in 2009 were declared UNESCO World Heritage, as wer other peaks of the Dolomites.

The three battlement-like peaks consist mainly of:
  • The Cima Grande measures at around 2,999 meters
  • The Cima Occidentale at 2,973 meters
  • And the Cima Piccola at 2,857 meters

Lake Lago di Braies

One of the largest natural lakes in the Dolomites Lake Lago di Braies in the Braies valley is one of the largest and deepest natural lakes in the Dolomites. Nestling in a lush green forest the lake enchants visitors with colours in all shades from green to blue. Nostalgic rowing boats invite you to boat trips in the summer. The lake is also the perfect starting point for walks and hikes. In winter skiing tours, snowshoe walks and cross country excursions start from here.
