For bookings after 6 April 2020, we advise you to consider the risk of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and associated national government measures. If you don’t book with a flexible rate or free cancellation, you might be charged for the full booking and no refund will be entitled. Your request to cancel will be decided by the campsite you have booked and its policy and mandatory consumer law. In case of change of travel plans, you can cancel free of charge subject to the cancellation policy of your chosen campsite accommodation.

Can I change my CampInn.com booking to a future date because of COVID-19?

Changing your booking to a future date is possible and will be decided by the policies of the campsite. Log into your CampInn.com account => My Trips & Profile => My Bookings. Here you can view your booking and the options available.

If I change my reservation dates, will I be charged any additional fees?

If the campsite permits your date changes, subject to their availability, you should be able to do so free of charge. If the rates are higher, you will have to pay the difference between the original price and the price for your new dates and if lower, you will see this in your reservation.

Can I give my CampInn.com reservation to someone else?

If you’d like to give your reservation to someone else, please contact the property directly. Each property has its own policy and will decide according to its own discretion.

How do I cancel my CampInn.com booking due to COVID-19?

Sign into your CampInn.com account => My Trips & Profile => My Bookings. Here you can cancel the relevant booking. If your booking is no longer free to cancel or is non-refundable, you can try to change the dates or pay the cancelation fees. Campsites may be able to change the dates of your reservation at no extra cost, so it’s worth contacting the property directly. CampInn.com is not liable for any changes or charges levied by campsites.
