We’re an online booking site for campers all over Europe on a mission to “Simplify Journeys to Nature”. With CampInn.com, you can easily find a campsite, check availability, book direct and plan your dream holiday. Check out our ‘About Us’ page!

It’s a simple process. Select your dates, your location and your camping, glamping or outdoor accommodation and we’ll find the best campsites for you. You’ll also find suggestions for alternatives and what to do in the area of each campsite.

Woohoo! You’ve found your dream campsite. Now all you need to do is select your desired dates and accommodation. Once all information is complete, including your payment details, you’ll receive a unique Reference Number of your reservation that will also be sent to your emails from support@campinn.com.
Make sure you confirm this Reference Number to the campsite upon arrival!

To secure your reservation and in case of no-shows or late cancellations, in which case you will be charged the campsite’s cancellation fee. Cancellation fees can vary by site so be sure to read through on the CampInn.com listing.

We work with Stripe, where all of the payment details are stored and processed. We do not share this information with anyone else, including partner campsites, and we take you payment processing cybersecurity* very seriously. Should a campsite choose to have the payment go through us, we will charge you and the campsite will receive payment without any of your payment details.

Log in to your account and cancel the booking. Make sure that you leave enough time to do this - cancellation policies vary by site so be sure to read through on the CampInn.com listing.

This will depend on the campsite you are booking. Some may prefer to take the payment directly upon booking, but most request payment at the end of your stay at the campsite.

Each campsite has unique late cancellation rules which are shown in detail on their listing on CampInn.com and you will likely be charged a cancellation fee. Please make sure to check out the campsite’s cancellation rules on their page.

If you need any help finding the right campsite on CampInn.com or are having trouble booking please contact support@campinn.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it. If you have booked a campsite and have a query please contact the campsite direct.

Please contact the site directly. It’s best to raise issues in person and sort issues before you leave the site. If the issue is on CampInn’s side, please contact support@campinn.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

Not sure what something means?

Here are some handy definitions…

A private dashboard within CampInn.com that allows you to view and manage your page, bookings and availability. Log in to your account to view this.

PMS stands for Property Management System. This is a software application for the operations of hospitality accommodations and commercial residential rental properties. Its functions include front-desk operations, reservations, channel management, housekeeping, rate and occupancy management, and payment processing. Integrate with us via your PMS and we will automatically take your availability from there - no need to manually update your Back Office calendar.

CRM stands for Customer Relationship Manager. This is a program that lets you store and manage prospect and customer data in one central place.
This data includes contact information, account details and sale opportunities.

A Channel Manager is a tool that allows you to promote your campsite on external booking platforms such as us, CampInn.com. It works by automatically synchronizing and updating your prices, availability and bookings across a number of platforms simultaneously. This leaves a much smaller margin for error than manual updates.

API stands for Application Programming Interface. This is an intermediary software that allows two applications to ‘talk’ to each other. We have already integrated with APIs such as PHOBS, iCal, Booking Expert and more, meaning that it is easy for you to connect and synchronize with us. Let us know what system you use and we’ll do the rest.

Cyber security refers to protecting systems connected to the internet from threats in cyberspace. It involves protecting software, data, and hardware and helps prevent cybercriminals from gaining access to important devices, networks and information.

Every country has unique safety regulations. For instance, in the UK, the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 is the main piece of legislation covering health and safety in the workplace. It outlines the responsibilities of both the employer and employee in ensuring there is a safe working environment. Our COVID-19 guidelines for campers and COVID-19 guidelines for campsites reiterate the importance of health and safety legislation and strive to make enjoying nature a safe experience for all.
